HOME / SERVICES / WIRELESS & WIFI

Commercial WiFi that reaches every corner

Designed wireless networks for offices, warehouses, hotels, and multi-building campuses across Upstate NY — surveyed for coverage, built for the number of devices you actually run.

The RCR Approach

A dead zone isn't bad luck. It's a design that skipped the survey.

Consumer routers and "just add another extender" fixes fall apart the moment a business puts real demand on them — dozens of devices, thick walls, racking, or people roaming between areas and buildings. The result is the dead zone in the back office and the WiFi that crawls when the floor fills up.

RCR designs commercial wireless the right way: we run an RF site survey to measure signal, interference, and coverage in your actual space, then place enterprise access points where the data says they belong — not where they're easy to mount.

And because we build the wired network too, your access points sit on properly configured, secured infrastructure with guest traffic cleanly separated from your business systems.

What's Included

Wireless Site Surveys

We map your building's real coverage, interference, and capacity needs before quoting hardware — so the design is based on measurement, not guesswork.

Business & Warehouse WiFi

High-density access points for offices, retail, and warehouses — engineered to hold up when every device on the floor is connected at once.

Hotel & Hospitality WiFi

Per-room and common-area coverage guests actually notice, with captive-portal guest access and the density hospitality properties demand.

Campus & Multi-Building WiFi

Point-to-point wireless links and coordinated access points that keep coverage seamless across multiple buildings and outdoor areas.

FAQ

Common questions

Why does our WiFi drop in certain areas?
Dead zones are almost always a design problem, not a hardware problem — too few access points, poor placement, or the wrong equipment for the building. We run an RF site survey to map coverage and place access points where they actually eliminate the gaps.
Can you cover a large warehouse or multiple buildings?
Yes. We design high-density warehouse WiFi, and for multi-building campuses we use point-to-point wireless links and coordinated access points so coverage stays seamless as people move between buildings.
Can you separate guest WiFi from our business network?
Yes, and we always do for business installs. Guest and internal traffic are separated onto their own VLANs so visitors can get online without ever touching your business systems, cameras, or point-of-sale.
