Do our clients need to create an account to see the portal?

No. We send a private, password-protected link. Anyone you share it with can view the project from any device — no login or app to install — and we can revoke or expire the link at any time.

What can we see in the client portal?

Progress and completion photos, a floor plan with each camera, reader, and device pinned to its location, timestamped status updates from your project manager, any issues found on site (documented with photos), and change orders. Internal costs and pricing are never shown.

Is the client portal included or an extra cost?

Why We Built It

Transparency you can actually see — not just promise.

We kept hearing the same frustration from facility managers and project leads: once a security vendor starts a job, they disappear. You don't know what got installed, where, or whether anything came up on site — until the invoice arrives.

So we built the portal we'd want as a customer. On every commercial install, your team gets a live, private link into the project: what's been done, where each device sits on your floor plan, and any issues we hit — documented as they happen.
