HOME / SERVICES / STRUCTURED CABLING

NET-01

Cabling that’s labeled, tested, and certified — not spaghetti

Cat5e/Cat6, fiber, patch panels, and outdoor/direct-burial runs for new construction, retrofits, and building-to-building connections across Upstate NY.

The RCR Approach

Everything in your building rides on the cable in your walls.

Cameras, phones, WiFi, access control, point-of-sale — all of it depends on physical cabling. When that infrastructure is undocumented, unlabeled, and untested, every future project costs more and every outage takes longer to trace.

RCR runs clean, labeled, tested cable plant: Cat5e/Cat6 horizontal runs, fiber backbone, patch panels and racks, and low-voltage cabling for security devices. We also handle the jobs most IT shops won’t touch — building-to-building trenched conduit and direct-burial cable for connecting warehouses, outbuildings, parking areas, and gate/parking-arm equipment.

FAQ

Common questions

Do you work with general contractors on new construction?
Yes — we coordinate with GCs and electricians on new builds and renovations, roughing in low-voltage at the right construction phase to avoid expensive rework.
Can you document and clean up our existing cabling mess?
Yes. We can trace, test, label, and re-terminate existing plant, and deliver documentation of what goes where.
How far can you run between buildings?
Copper has distance limits (~100m per run); beyond that we design with fiber or wireless bridges. We’ll spec the right approach during the site assessment.
