SEC-01

Commercial video surveillance that’s designed, not guessed

IP camera systems for warehouses, offices, retail, and multi-site businesses across Upstate NY — speced for coverage and evidence quality, not camera count.

The RCR Approach

Cameras are easy to buy. Coverage is hard to design.

Anyone can bolt cameras to a wall. The difference between a system that deters and documents versus one that produces blurry, useless footage comes down to design: lens selection, mounting height, lighting conditions, storage retention, and network architecture.

RCR designs commercial surveillance systems around what you actually need to see — entrances, loading docks, registers, parking, inventory areas — and around how footage will actually be used: incident review, liability defense, operations monitoring, or law enforcement handoff.

Because we’re also a networking company, your cameras sit on properly segmented, secured infrastructure — not an open network that puts your business data at risk.

FAQ

Common questions

Can you use or expand our existing cameras?
Often, yes. We evaluate existing equipment during the free site assessment — if your cameras and cabling are serviceable, we’ll build around them rather than sell you a rip-and-replace.
Do we need a license for camera work in NY?
Camera-only installs have different requirements than alarm systems, but hiring a NYS licensed security installer means the whole system — cameras, alarm, access — is handled to the same standard, by one accountable company.
How long does a typical install take?
Most single-building commercial systems are installed in one to three days, scheduled to minimize disruption to your operations.
